Hudson Valley Pottery Tour
About
A chartered bus day trip from Greenwich House Pottery to working potters' studios in Shokan, Stone Ridge, Accord and High Falls, with a boxed lunch and time to buy pots. Saturday 17 October (8:30am–about 7pm; Doug Peltzman, Kathy Erteman, Tim Rowan) and Sunday 18 October (9am–about 5pm; Jeff Shapiro, Bryan Czibesz, Anat Shiftan) each depart from 16 Jones St, near W 4th St–Washington Sq (A, B, C, D, E, F, M). $225 per day, with $25 off if you book both. It is the only ceramics studio tour on our calendar, and it leaves the same weekend as the studio's free Chelsea open house.
