Halloween Costume Workshop
About
This is a project night for finishing a costume: bring your own fabric, garments, patterns or half-built pieces, and an instructor helps with sewing from scratch, alterations, fit or tricky components. All skill levels are welcome. It runs Wednesday, October 21, 6–9 PM, at Ace Makerspace, 6050 Lowell Street, Suite 214, Oakland (near the Oakland–Emeryville line, a short walk from the AC Transit lines on San Pablo Avenue), and costs $65. It is timed ten days before Halloween, which leaves room to fix whatever goes wrong.
