Volunteers plant salt marsh natives, grown from seed Save The Bay collected over the year, on vulnerable bay fill at the Palo Alto Baylands. Saturday Dec 12, 10 am–1 pm, with parking right beside the planting area off Embarcadero Rd (drive/park); expect to kneel on uneven, muddy ground, and gloves, hand picks and kneepads are provided. The organiser doesn't publish a price; with parking steps from the site, it's the most accessible of the season's plantings.
