A leisurely, level 3-mile walk along the Bay Trail at Ravenswood Preserve to spot migratory birds returning from northern breeding grounds and learn about the preserve's marsh restoration. Wednesday Oct 21, 10:30 am–2 pm from the Ravenswood parking area at the end of Bay Rd, East Palo Alto (drive/park); bring lunch and binoculars. The organiser doesn't publish a price or a registration link; flat and easy, it suits beginners and older hikers.
